ArtsCorpsDetroit is pleased to announce a grant award of $100,000 by the Fred A. & Barbara M. Erb Family Foundation. The grant award, payable over two years, will build capacity for ArtsCorpsDetroit to serve more arts based community organizations. Public programs, service-learning course development, and volunteer opportunities for arts based programming will be expanded. Additionally, the grant will support research efforts to assess the role of art in urban revitalization. One element of the grant is creating CAMP EVALUATE, a structured weekend for leadership of select arts based non-profits to work with WSU graduate students and faculty to build organizational program evaluation capacity.
